The Plot Comes Together is $750 and includes six total hours of event-day coordination, beginning two hours before the ceremony. The service brings together vendor communication, ceremony and reception logistics, and a customized final timeline distributed at least one week before your event.
The preparation starts before the wedding day. Your service includes a wedding-planning check-in meeting three to six months before the event and a day-of itinerary drafting meeting one to three months before it. One hour of rehearsal and processional coordination is included if scheduled.
Day-of coordination is suited to couples who are making their own arrangements and want a professional point person for the celebration. It carries out the plans you have already made. It is different from comprehensive wedding planning or event design, which Finch and Folio Events does not currently provide.
If your day needs more coverage, additional coordination hours are $50 per hour and an additional assistant is $175. Ask about the right scope for your venue, timeline, and guest arrangements. Couples who also need an officiant can ask about The Duology for $1,100.

Will you plan our entire wedding?
This is a coordination service for plans you have already made. Comprehensive wedding planning and event design are not currently offered. The First Chapter provides a separate budget, timeline, and vendor-guidance service for couples planning their own wedding.
